Acttab sold for 105 million won in May in a single auction that attracted tens of thousands of bids.

The three items that were sold in the online auction were sold as part of an agreement with the government that sets guidelines for future construction in the city.

Two are located at the site of the former World Food Centre in Busan, in the Sejong district. One was sold in August.

The first was a 6.4 meter building that was erected at the entrance to Busan City Hall, now known as the Busan Government Building.

A third was a 6.2 meter residential building that stands at the entrance of the bus station at Sejong station. A lot adjacent to that building sold for 110 million won.

The other two sites were sold two months apart last year in separate auctions, each of which attracted more than 130 offers.

The government said the bidding in the online auction was conducted as a "public service."

Accused murderer john chardon sex students sponsored sex with john

John Chardon was convicted in 2013 and sentenced to life in prison

A prominent former professor from Michigan was arrested and charged with having sex with 18 male students as part of a scheme to "rein in" boys in his lab.

John Chardon, 65, faces a maximum of 22 years behind bars and a lifetime of supervised release when he's sentenced Sept. 21 to life without the possibility of parole, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office announced Monday.

Chardon, a professor at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, was arrested in February 2011 and accused of having sex with the boys, who were between age 13 and 17, and at the University of Michigan's Johnson School of Public Affairs.

The charges against Chardon were later dropped.

In October 2013, Chardon's defense team filed a motion to have a review board appointed by the state attorney general to review his sentence.

Prosecutors argue that a review board should be "impartial and include all appropriate parties who have participated in the hearings in his defense."

Investigators said in their report that they collected enough evidence to have a new review board review Chardon's sentence — and in August 2012 he pleaded guilty to two counts of sex crimes.

Chardon has denied the sex crimes in court documents and told The Detroit News that he will challenge any "gimmicky, overstatements" in the report, which say he "exhibits poor judgment."

He said he "was not aware that I engaged in any sexual conduct with my students" and that he has "no idea why those charges were brought as part of my defense."

When he was arrested, students said they were given condoms from school officials. One accused student said Chardon offered to provide the students a ride to work as part of a sex scheme that included paying them to perform oral sex. The girl said she told Chardon to stop after he refused and then she told him she couldn't do it because the condom was in the toilet.

Chardon's lawyer, David Kochel, told The News there were no witnesses to the incident and that there was no one else involved.

Chardon had worked in the Johnson School of Public Affairs since 1980. He graduated cum laude from the school in 2006, according to the university's website. He was hired by the university as an associate professor in 2001.

He has taught law at the Ann Arbor campus since 1996.

The Michigan chapter of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation said in a statement Chardon will be remembered by members of the university and law enforcement as "one of the finest law professors in all of America."
